If you're looking for refractory information, you can, I mean, with AI and Google nowadays, everything is out there.

But you know, like I said on the bottom, yeah, watch out for AI.

Because there's still a lot of misinformation with AI, and I go out of my way every now

and again just to test it when I'm on a shutdown or on a plant. But it's pretty accurate.

But watch out.

I would rather go to the web and do a Google search

and download actual extracts or papers and do your own studies based on that.

So there is a lot of information out there.

But this week is not about that.

We are not going to look at technical or too much technical information on the subject matter.

We're going to look at solving problems in refractories and the risks associated with refractories.

So we want to look at the practical side of things.

We'll look at a little bit of laboratory test results

and what happens in the real world and everything is talking about risk.

Going to tell you all week that the cost of refractories is irrelevant.

Now if you've been involved in refractories and you've seen the cost of refractory materials, you'll get a shock because they're expensive.

If you see the cost of refractory installation companies,

you'll get a shock because they're So these are incredibly high-end materials and very skilled people that's installing it.

And yes, if they perform well, your company makes money.

But if they fail, your entire plant comes down, doesn't it?

You lose production.

So the cost of refractory materials is irrelevant.

If you're trying to save money in your company, buy cheaper pens or buy cheaper toilet paper or something else.

But don't cut down on the cost of refractories.

Because there's a reason probably why the refractory is expensive.

And we're going to talk about that in the week as well.

Because a lot of people assume that if they see the cost of a refractory material, it's maybe the company's profit margin.
