Hey everybody, we are here to talk about project success.

My name is Logan Kirsch.

I am part of PMI strategy teams.

The thing I want to talk about with you today is PMI Next

and project success and how those are connected and how we can deliver more as a the profession.

So first and foremost, I hope you know by now, but PMI Next is our enterprise strategy.

So it is choices that we've made as the Project Management Institute about where we play

that really differentiate who we are globally and what we can deliver to you, members, and to the project professional community.

We've also done incredible new research last year around project success and have findings to share.

The last thing I want to highlight is called MORE,
