Mr. Lee, an old man, exercises every morning to stay healthy. A young girl named Lila notices and learns his secret.

Mr. Lee is 75 years old. He lives in a small house with a big yard. Every morning, he wakes up at 6 o'clock. He puts on his blue shoes and goes to the park. He does exercises there. The park has a bench, a tree, and a small path. Mr. Lee starts with stretching. He reaches up to the sky. He bends down to touch his toes. He turns left and right. 'Stretching keeps my body soft,' he says. He then walks around the path 10 times. After walking, he lifts a small weight. It is not heavy, but he lifts it 20 times. 'Lifting keeps my arms strong,' he says.
Lila is 8 years old. She lives next to Mr. Lee. She sees him go to the park every day. One morning, she asks, 'Mr. Lee, why do you exercise so much?' Mr. Lee stops and smiles.
