1
You're worth it.
2
Three words we have all heard at least a thousand times, right?
3
You're worth it.
4
But do you really understand what that means?
5
It's a beautiful reminder to us all that we have worth.
6
You have reason and rarity.
7
There is value in each and every one of us, including you.
8
that is precious even on the days you might not feel it.
9
You never depreciate in value.
10
Those words are there to remind you.
11
So to all those watching who feel like that or have ever felt like that, focus on what I'm about to say and repeat after me.
12
I'm worth it.
13
Okay?
14
Maybe that felt great or perhaps that felt weird.
15
Let's go again.
16
First, take a deep breath and let it out.
17
Forget the naysayers and silence the critics, even if the harshest words are the ones you say to yourself.
18
Do not doubt yourself and this time speak it louder, really loud.
19
I'm worth it.
20
And the next time you hesitate before going after something want, the next time you blush and brush off a compliment, the next time you doubt your place in the world,
21
in the workplace, in your home or in your own skin, say these words to yourself, I'm worth it.
22
And I know you will always say it like you mean it.
23
I'm worth it.
24
because you are and always will be.
25
Got that?
